Officer Darren Wilson is not indicted.

After anxiously waiting for the grand jury’s verdict yesterday at 6 p.m. PST, which stated “no probable cause for indictment” on illegal murder charges against Darren Wilson, leading to the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown, excited demonstrators to commit acts of unnecessary vandalism.

Even after the family of Brown pleaded with demonstrators not to resort to violence or vandalism, the truth of the matter is there is always at least one individual that will rebel. Which in most cases, another individual finds the liberty to reenact their repudiation violently or negligently; thus exciting other aficionados, and creating a domino effect.

In Ferguson, Missouri, there were reportedly 61 arrested overnight, at least 21 arrested in St. Louis, and buildings also destroyed by fire in St. Louis, according to a report from The Associated Press. There were reportedly 18 people that were injured during the demonstration, including a person that was shot and is recovering at SSM DePaul Health Center. The hospital did not divulge information about the shooting.

In Oakland, California, 40 people were arrested for hurling bottles, breaking windows, and setting small fires during demonstration, a statement from Mayor Jean Quan early Tuesady. The Mayor also added that there were no serious injures reported during demonstration.
